• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email with a voucher
• Booking reference numbers are provided for all confirmed reservations
• Please verify all details on your voucher and report any errors immediately

2.2 Booking Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• You are responsible for ensuring all travelers meet entry requirements
• Valid identification may be required for certain services

• Cash on Tour: Available for selected services (THB only)
• Bank Transfer: Available for advance bookings

• Remaining balance must be paid before the service date

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

If a service is cancelled by the operator due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 days)

5.1 Changes by Customer

• Date changes are subject to availability
• Changes requested less than 48 hours before may incur fees
• Name changes may not be possible for some services
• Upgrades are subject to availability and price difference

5.2 Changes by Operator

Operators reserve the right to modify itineraries, timings, or services due to weather, safety, or operational requirements. We will notify you of significant changes as soon as possible.

6.1 Our Liability

Summer Land Asia acts as an intermediary. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Personal injury, loss, or damage during activities
• Delays or cancellations due to weather or force majeure
• Loss of personal belongings

6.2 Your Responsibility

• Ensure you are fit to participate in booked activities
• Follow safety instructions from guides and operators
• Arrive on time for all services
• Carry valid identification and vouchers
• Have appropriate travel insurance

6.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
